- A three-hour minimum applies to most moves when the company provides the truck.
- Customers providing their own truck, trailer or storage pod may qualify for adjusted minimum hours.
- Service minimums will not exceed three hours.
- Minimums may vary based on mileage, stairs, heavy items, specialty items and overall job conditions.

The truck fee serves as the deposit. It is waived when the customer has their own truck or storage pod.
